It’s definitely worth considering if you’re looking for homemade, well-served, and well-priced Portuguese food. The service was great, and you can sit inside or outside. Street parking is available, although we didn’t use it. It’s close to transit, so it’s definitely recommended."

Jun 16, 2026"Just had dinner here tonight whilst in Lisbon. Nice place which was quiet when we arrived but filled up really quickly with lots of diners. Had starters of gyoza and pasteis de bacalhau (cod cakes - really good) Mains of grilled sardines and bacalhau a bras, both very good Desserts of sweet rice and baba de camelo 2 beers and 2 coffees all for just under €45. Staff were very helpful and patient with my faltering Portuguese but also speak very good English (thank you ). Would recommend."

Jun 15, 2026"Run by two brothers and we got good service and food. They were able to accommodate 8 of us at the very last minute. Service was a bit slow because if the crowd but we didn't complain. Food was good and not too expensive. Good and welcoming experience overall."

May 10, 2026"An absolutely outstanding restaurant! We enjoyed a perfectly cooked octopus dish, tender and full of flavor. The sardines were just as delicious, fresh and beautifully prepared. As starters, we had shrimp and bacalhau, both excellent. Every dish was made with great care and amazing taste. A must-visit place that we highly recommend!"

The place is clean and the wait time for orders is short. They have an extensive selection, so you need a bit of time to check all the options. The fish and meat dishes in particular are excellent. I will definitely be back!"

The sardines were perfectly cooked, and the octopus was tender and beautifully seasoned. The atmosphere was warm, relaxed and welcoming, making the whole experience even more enjoyable. Friendly service, great food and excellent value. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a genuine taste of Lisbon!"
